Our service provides affordable international and local calling, ensuring seamless communication no matter where you are.
To enable the VOIP service with Geonet Mobile, you need to download and activate Mobyx. Follow these steps:
1. Download and install Mobyx on your device.
2. Open the Geonet Mobile app and navigate to Plans > VOIP Setup.
3. Copy your username and password or simply scan the QR code to activate the service.
Once activated, you can start making calls seamlessly over the internet.
To check your international call rates, open the Geonet Mobile app, tap More, and select International Call Rates. This will display the latest rates for different destinations.
To make calls using the Geonet Mobile app:
1. Open the Geonet Mobile app.
2. Tap Calling at the bottom of the navigation.
3. The Mobyx keypad will load, allowing you to dial and make calls easily.
No, you can use the VOIP service independently without purchasing a travel eSIM. VOIP is a standalone service and does not require an eSIM to function.
Yes, SMS is supported, and you can send and receive text messages from anywhere in the world. However, please note that SMS delivery is not guaranteed in some destinations due to local network restrictions.
Yes, inbound calls will be available soon! You will be able to purchase virtual numbers directly from Geonet Mobile. In the meantime, if you need to activate a virtual number, please contact our help desk, and our team will be happy to assist you.
