By using our website GeonetMobile.com or the Geonet Mobile App (“Application”), you enter into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) with Geonet Mobile. Your usage of the Application signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must stop using the Application immediately.

Updates & Modifications:

  • Geonet Mobile reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of the service after modifications means you accept the changes.

eSIM and Phone Services

  • eSIM Services: Geonet Mobile offers prepaid eSIM plans that include mobile data and optional phone services.
  • Phone Number & International Calls: Customers may purchase a phone number with or without an eSIM plan. Phone numbers are provided for personal and business use only.

Fraud Prevention & Monitoring

  • Geonet Mobile actively monitors all transactions to prevent fraud.
  • Fraudulent card payments or suspicious activities will be investigated.
  • Any confirmed fraudulent payment attempts will be reported to local authorities.
  • Geonet Mobile reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activity.

Geonet Mobile reserves the right to:

  • Limit voice call usage to 100 minutes per day if our system detects suspicious activity.
  • Suspend or terminate phone services without prior notice if the number is involved in:
    • Fraudulent, spam, or scam calls.
    • Excessive robocalling or auto-dialing.
    • Unauthorized commercial use (e.g., mass telemarketing).

Terms of Service

  • Registration: Customers must register via the website, app, or through our partners/agents.
  • Required details: Full Name and Verifiable Email Address.
  • Purchase and Activation: Customers can buy plans through our website, app, or partners.
  • Duration and Termination: Service begins once the eSIM is downloaded and activated.

Fair Usage Policy

  • Unlimited Data Plans: Subject to fair usage limits to ensure network stability.
  • Fraud & Misuse Prevention: Prohibited activities include using Geonet Mobile’s service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Governing Law and Compliance

  • This Agreement is governed by UK law and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
  • Privacy & Compliance: Geonet Mobile may collect personal data for regulatory purposes.
